Cancellations

As a courtesy to our staff, we would appreciate 48 hour notice of any cancellations. Cancelling within 48 hours can result in the loss of a deposit. If an appointment is cancelled outside of the 48 hour window, the deposit will be applied to the future service.

  • RF Microneedling - $100 deposit

  • Tixel - $100 deposit

  • AviClear - $100 deposit

  • Chemical peels - $100 deposit

  • Exceed micro needling - $50 deposit

  • Facials - $50 deposit

No show/Cancellation within 48 hours three times will result in the client having to pay for the full treatment ahead of time, which will not be refunded if they no show/cancel within 48 hours. Making an appointment is an agreement to our cancellation policy.

Refunds

Aesthetic results can vary from client to client, and while we do our best to get clients their desired results, it can't always be guaranteed. No refunds will be given for any services rendered. The client is responsible for any additional treatments needed for their desired result. 

On all products outside of Revitalash, we do not accept refunds. If a product is defective and returned to us within 2 weeks, we can exchange it for the same product.

Children

Although we love babies and children here at Simply Skin, in order to create a relaxing and safe environment for our clients, we ask that you arrange child care for your appointment.

Pets

Here at Simply Skin we ask that you keep pets at home, unless they are a service animal. This ensures a clean, safe environment for all of our clients.
